HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our products are stocked and can be shipped in 1-3 days. It will take 5-15 days to receive your order. Shipping time vary with different destination countries.
 

HOW CAN I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

You will receive an email from us to confirm your item has been sent. You can check the status of your order by accessing your account. Once the status of your items changes to Shipment Shipped it has left us and is on its way to you. 
 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will provide you with an order tracking number whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status. The tracking number will be posted on your account page. And you will also be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. With the tracking number, you can enter the shipping company's official website below to check where exactly your package is. Please see our Order Tracking
 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged, or mis-shipped item. If you received a damaged item, please contact our customer service through email [email protected] and attach photos of the damaged item.
 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Yes, you can get a full refund if you want to cancel your order or you have received a damaged item. Please note that any product that has been shipped and received without quality problem does not qualify for a return or refund. Detailed info please see Returns & Refunds.
 

HOW CAN I GET A WHOLESALE PRICE?

If you are planning to purchase an item in bulk, you can enjoy an exclusive wholesale price. The more you purchase, the cheaper. Purchasing in bulk, please contact email [email protected] or Live Chat for wholesale price.

How can I change my shipping address?
The shipping address can be changed before shipment. 
Please note: After changing the address in the Address Book, the addresses in the existing order will not be changed synchronously. 
If you need to change the shipping address in an existing order, please be sure to contact us to help you change it.
If your order status is "shipment shipped", we're sorry that you can change the shipping address.

What if my parcel is damaged?
In the unfortunate situation that your items are delivered damaged please contact us with your order number ready and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.

What should I do if the package is lost?
If you find that the tracking information is abnormal, please contact the shipping company or contact us to confirm the situation. If it is confirmed that the package has been lost, we will resend the item for you.

Can I get a refund if the package is destroyed or returned?
If the package is destroyed or returned due to shipping company or our reason, please don't worry, we will provide you with the best solution.
If the package is destroyed or returned due to customer’s reason, such as customer can't sign for a long time, customer did not provide the necessary information, customer refuses to pay the tariff, customer refused to sign the package, etc. We are unable to refund any fees because once we accept the returned package, we will pay a fee several times higher than the order amount.
