Return & Refund

At Achnpower, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Return items must be in their original condition and packaging to be accepted. Please keep in mind that item(s) shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. We apologize for your less than perfect experience.
 

REFUND OPTIONS

When you exchange an item, request a store credit, or receive a refund, it can all be done by contacting us via email: [email protected]. Please note, we give you an initial seven days to inspect your items for damage, missing or broken parts, or any error on our part, in which case you will receive a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you are responsible for all shipping costs and return shipping costs in the condition that items are without quality issues and damaged items passed seven days of delivery. Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less outbound and return shipping fees.

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS

1) Start a return request by emailing [email protected].
2) We will respond to the return email in 2 business days. 
3) Refund will be returned to the original bank account within 3-5 business days.

Please be sure to start this return request within 15 days of the delivery date.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized items
• Items you have already assembled
• Items have been received over 15 days of delivery

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free with 7 days of delivery — just pick your preferred resolution:

• Replacement parts (e.g. a broken glass shade)
• A replacement item
• A refund
 

How to get started:
1) Choose your resolution, to return for a refund or get a replacement.
2) Send photos/video as proof of damaged/defective item to [email protected]
3) We will respond to the return email in 2 business days. 
4) Refund or replacement will be released within 5 business days.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 15 days of the delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE: check the package carefully before signing for your item(s). If a package is delivered in damaged/damp/deformed condition, please request a "Damage Report/Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier. This will be one of the very important materials for damage return and refund.
 

PRE-INSTALLATION INSPECTION

Upon receiving your order, we request that you make a pre-installation inspection within seven days for damage, defects, missing parts, or any error on our part. If you suspect any of these things, email us to request an exchange, store credit, or refund, in which case you will receive a prepaid return label. If no pre-installation inspection is made, you still may return it within 15 days. However, you will be responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
 

LOST IN TRANSIT

You may track your package in FedEx(fedex.com) or UPS(ups.com). If your order gets lost during transit or is marked delivered, and yet you cannot find it, contact your courier immediately. Once your order has shipped, your courier becomes responsible for its safe delivery. Both UPS and FedEx have excellent tracking and claims support on their parcel tracking pages.
 

RETURN RESTOCKING FEE

A few items carry a restocking fee of 25% if returned, such as items on the Factory Sales page, items purchased with gift cards, and items requested by a quotation. Unfortunately, items that have been assembled or modified are not returnable.
 

DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES

Should you want to change the shipping address or delivery date after your item has been shipped, contact your courier immediately. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return them after received.
 

SHIPPING CANCELLATIONS

For all products excluding made-to-order items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped. 

-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
-Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
For Made-To-Order products:
-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
-Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.
-Made-To-Order products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you within two working days once we have received and inspected your return. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less outbound and return shipping fees. Refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have handled the return or replacement of any item, please contact our customer service representatives at [email protected]. We welcome any feedback you have regarding our products and service.

We reserve the right not to accept the returns or to process the replacement or the refund request without prior approval from our Customer Service.
